“I did a soft straightening + wash and cut. Had the lovely Rika and a gentleman assisting her. Both were very respectful, warm, and patient throughout the appointment. I really appreciated how meticulous they were with every strand of hair and how often they checked on everything. They use sleeve capes, which let you use your phone comfortably during your cut or treatmen! And I have to mention the scalp wash massage. Easily one of the best I’ve had. I am definitely going to go there again for my next haircut. 💇🏻‍♀️”

“Literal magic!! Masanobu Takada did a phenomenal job doing (Silky) Japanese Hair Straightening on my hair. I still can't believe it 🥹 This is literally my dream hair, so I'm crazy happy with the results. Mine was ~4.5 hours. It is on the pricy side, but I can't deny the results! If you get this type of straightening, just be prepared for the smell 😷 It's not for the weak 😅 The room had nice ventilation, so it wasn't too bad, but it can be overwhelming at times. The washing/rinsing part was my favorite part 😆 He really took great care, and it was super relaxing. I wasn't sure I could bring earbuds because I was afraid it would get in the way, but he said it was fine and that you could also order food. I would suggest bringing something light to help since it's basically an all-day thing. I'm awkward and not much of a talker, so I was happy that he didn't seem to mind 😊 He was very patient, asked questions, and gave suggestions. When I had questions, he answered earnestly. When I changed my mind about my bangs, he still trimmed them and made them fuller and better. Every step of the way he was meticulous about how my hair was looking. Without words, I had full trust in him and his work. 100% would recommend and would come again 😁”

Her hospitality and skill are truly exceptional, literally the best I’ve ever seen in my life. “I’d give Ai 10-star if I could. You got addicted once you started to cut your hair short, and maintaining a short hair means going to hair salons very frequently. That is to say I’ve been to almost a dozen of salons over the past couple of years. And 5 minutes after Ai started her work, I knew I chose the right stylist. Everything was exactly what I wanted, the length of the hair, the weight, the styling. The outcome was of course better than expected. She asked if I wanted it to be shorter in the back when she was almost done and actually took her time working on the last bit. The result was flawless and I couldn’t be happier with it.”
